• Needs assessments and consultations with target groups and community stakeholders will be conducted during the project design and early implementation phases.
• The feedback gathered will help co-shape activities to reflect real community needs and ensure cultural, social, and contextual relevance.
• Stakeholder mapping will identify key community organizations, advocacy groups, and public institutions that will actively participate in all project phases.

🌍 Community-Based Implementation

Local workshops and trainings will happen in each partner country.
Partners will work with NGOs and municipalities.
Marginalized groups, including autistic individuals, will help shape outcomes.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Capacity Building & Empowerment

The project will train and empower participants with inclusive skills.
They’ll be supported to lead civic actions beyond the project.

📣 Dissemination as Engagement

Public events (forums, campaigns, open days) will encourage community dialogue.
Focus is on active participation, not just sharing info.

📲 Digital Civic Engagement

Online tools (forums, surveys, webinars) will enable community voices.
Social media and EPALE will support peer exchange and storytelling.

🏛️ Policy & Institutional Linkages

Engagement with policymakers will help embed project results in systems.
Promotes inclusive civic values in education and development.

🧪 Monitoring Participation

Participation and diversity will be tracked and evaluated.
Feedback will help improve inclusive engagement.
